Do you accept Linux/Unix servers?
Yes, Linux/Unix servers are supported.

How many years of experience do your technicians have in web hosting industry and as well in server hardening?
We only hire fully qualified technicians with a minimum of at least 2 years of experience in web hosting industry and in server optimization service.                  

Which is the main control panel that you support?
Main control panel that is supported is cPanel/WHM. If you are running a different control panel please contact our sales department prior to ordering.

What is the response and resolution time for tickets?
Response time is within 1 hour and resolution time is within 4 hours (all tickets are mostly resolved within 2 hours of submission).

What kind of support will you provide to my hosting clients?
We offer two plans. In plan #1 we will offer ticket support to your hosting clients (Level I,  II and level III). In plan #2 we will offer ticket support for Level I, II, III and  24 hour live chat service for both sales support and technical support.  In plan #2 we will also answer your sales tickets.

Do you offer server hardening and security service?
Yes, this is included in both plan #1 and plan #2.
